Got a call first, then an online interview. They asked typical questions about my background and why I want the job. Also tested my abstract thinking and creativity. Overall, a mid-level interview with very nice managers. Got the offer a few days later.
The hiring process was quite quick and straightforward. Just so you know, you might find yourself facing several interviewers at once. Many hypothetical questions came up that really made me pause and think.
It was a long and super detailed interview process. They really wanted to see if I would fit in with the company culture and if I knew the fashion, lifestyle, and sneaker space.
