The recruiter seemed really distracted and didn't seem interested in asking good questions. I didn't feel like they were seriously trying to learn about my experience or skills. It was a pretty bad candidate experience overall, I was expecting way better.
The process included multiple interviews with functional managers and was coordinated by the recruiter. There was no case or test, only experience-based questions and questions about how I would react in certain situations.
Had a brief phone interview. Needed to answer questions in English. They asked about my work experience and motivations. Didn't feel like a very thorough interview or a good screening. Got feedback later by email.
