Candidate-reported interview process

It was CV-based, and we discussed my internship experience and what it was like while I was there. I also explained the projects I was working on during that time and the skills I possess that were useful.

It started with HR, which was pretty chill. Then I met with the Team managers. They seemed cool and were upfront about the stress and the occasional tears at adidas, emphasizing the need for someone with ownership. Unfortunately, I didn't move forward after the case study because my Excel skills weren't up to par, though I could have learned. The role also wasn't based in Porto.

The interview was very professional yet challenging. It focused mainly on professional experience and personal aspects, rather than questions about the company itself. There was also a case study involving PowerPoint and Excel. The whole thing lasted about an hour.
