Candidate-reported interview process

A recruiter reached out, and I spoke with them. Following that, I had a conversation with the hiring manager. The team was professional and kept things concise. My discussion with the hiring manager wasn't very in-depth.

The process was orderly, informative, and inspiring, really showing what the company is about. I had three meetings: a screening, an initial interview, and then a confirmative interview with the business lead. Everything was managed brilliantly, with clear communication and support all the way through.

The hiring process spanned about a month and included multiple people from different teams. It felt fair and unbiased. I'd recommend this company, and I thought they handled it efficiently.
