Candidate-reported interview process

They did a good job keeping me updated, which was nice and reassuring. But the video interview part was tough because I had very little time to prep my answers, and I only got one shot at each question.

A brief phone call where they asked about my previous experiences as an intern. They also asked how I create a mood board, which brands I like and why I want to do an internship at Adidas.

It was very friendly and relaxed. The interview was in English. They asked personal questions, no technical ones. Lots of standard questions were asked. First, they introduced themselves, then I had to talk about myself for 10 minutes. After that, they asked questions.
