I applied and got a call for a phone interview 3 days later. The first call was with HR and at the end they set me up for a second interview 4 days later, this time on video, with the Store Manager and District Manager. The next business day I got an offer, but it was conditional on passing a police and reference check. I sent in the documents and details they asked for, and the day after that I got a confirmation call from HR and then another call from the Store Manager to go over next steps.
Before you come in, check out what Adidas wants in a customer associate and how you can show you've got it. For example, Adidas employees need to help hit store targets by connecting with customers and showing they live the brand values.
It was a very long and detailed interview process. You need to review their website and the links HR sends. It's the typical big company process with lots of emails. A lot of people have 4 interviews and don't get the job. Be ready to spend a lot of time just interviewing.
