I applied online and got a call for an interview about 1-2 weeks later. The first interview was with the Assistant Store Manager (ASM). The very next day, I was called for a second interview with the Store Manager (SM). Both interviews were professional and covered good questions.
They didn't really interview me in the bakery I used to work. But if it was the first time they would ask me questions to see if I'm professional.
I applied, and then they gave me three questions to answer about my skills and past work history. Then I met the store manager and got the job.
