The interview process was good, not too difficult, and aligned with my experience. It was pretty straightforward. Mostly, I discussed and elaborated on the details in my resume. The second interview involved a case study, which was very relaxed.
The interview process was really well-guided, and they explained the whole trajectory at the first interview. They were also flexible with interview dates, which was super helpful. HR was always available to answer any questions I had.
We had a first telephonic introduction, then a Skype call with the hiring manager and team, and the final interview was onsite at adidas HQ in Herzogenaurach. It was very professionally planned with no breaks in communication and very prompt responses. The best onboarding process.
