Candidate-reported interview process

I had to do a case study in 2 hours with a tricky dataset, but the HR was super slow to respond and I only heard back about my rejection 5 weeks later. I didn't get any feedback even though I kept asking.

The process kicked off with an HR chat about why I'm interested in Adidas and some behavioral questions on how I've handled situations. Then, I had a one-hour meeting with two team members where they asked situational and competence-based questions. Everyone was nice, but it was a bummer to get rejected and be told it was due to 'not enough experience' when it's an internship, and that's how you get experience.

I applied on their website and the process was quick after they shortlisted me. I completed an assessment and then had a face-to-face interview with an HR person and the manager for the team I was applying to. There was also an Excel test after the interview.
