Candidate-reported interview process
After the final round, which is the 3rd round, I followed up twice. HR replied me saying that I'm in their final selection, asked me when can I start, and they would let me know within a week. After two months of waiting, I was told that they've made a decision and scheduled a phone call with me. However, the hiring manager did not call me and sent me a rejection email 1 hour after the scheduled phone call. It felt very unprofessional and disrespectful.
Applied via an agency. Passed the test and the initial manager interview (based in Britain). The interviewers from adidas, however, didn't show much interest as my background wasn't a great match.
Interview in 3 stages, always in English. The first two were very relaxed, and the last one had more technical questions and required more development. They said they would respond within 1 week, but nothing happened.
