Candidate-reported interview process

It started with general questions, both behavioral and technical, with HR. Then, I had a Skype video call with the hiring manager. After that, I was asked to present a case study and then flown to Herzogenaurach for face-to-face interviews.

the interview was very short, only 30 minutes with the hiring manager. it was mostly about my interest in the role. i liked how open they were and that they clearly explained what happens next.

Had 2 calls with the recruiter, then 2 phone interviews with the hiring manager. Followed by an in-person meeting with 3 stakeholders. It was pretty relaxed, focusing on how well I'd fit the brand. Being German influenced, it was very direct.
