I applied through my university's portal and was contacted, then interviewed with the higher ups. This company seems to have a track record of not even sending feedback/rejection emails. It was possible they only interviewed to fill a quota as it was a role I have never heard or seen another student work for in this company. In all, felt like I wasted my time preparing.
We had a 15-min chat where I introduced myself, they talked about the company, and we covered general stuff like salary expectations and career growth. Then, there was a 5-minute role-play where I had to pretend to take a call from a client. After that, I spent about 20 minutes answering around 10 behavioral questions, trying to use the STAR method. I thought I used it, but they told me I didn't and that I didn't get the job. I suspect they already had someone in mind, maybe an internal hire.
Got a few calls from the recruiter. Then booked an Interview on Teams. The interview wasn't really structured for the job, asked random 'tell me about a time' questions that didn't seem related.
