Candidate-reported interview process
Really informal and simple process. It was just one round and that was it. It lasted about 45 mins to 1 hour. We talked about the possibility of hybrid work. I really liked it, everyone was super friendly and helpful. My only issue was that they were not very clear about the specific roles.
First, there was some kind of aptitude test. Then, I was asked some technical questions about software development and some general questions about why I'd be a good fit for the job.
I sent in my application and went through all the interview stages, doing really well, especially on the coding part. But, even though I met what they were looking for, they said other people did better. I asked for my scores and feedback but they wouldn't give me anything. I also applied for the apprenticeship and got rejected right away.
