The interview process was a waste of time. I completed many tests and video interviews, but during the group task at the assessment center, I was constantly spoken over. One person dominated the whole group and jumped in before anyone else could speak.
The interview process started with a quantitative reasoning test and an English comprehension test. I passed this phase and then moved on to the next stage which required a video interview.
The first step was a remote call with HR where we discussed my background. Then, I had an in-person meeting with the Head of Department and a senior team member. During this meeting, I was asked about 15-20 questions covering my technical background, management experience, and some hypothetical situations. Afterwards, we had a friendly chat about what it's like to work at Aviva.
