Aviva Consultant interviews, decoded.

Had a two-on-one interview on Microsoft Teams. It was in 3 parts: first a chat about the position, then a role play of a telephone call, and finally some formal questions. The interviewers seemed like nice folks. They mentioned "generous benefits" but didn't give specifics.

I was greeted at reception and sat down with the team for them to show me their systems and what they do day to day. Everyone seemed friendly. After ten mins I was taken into a separate room by the manager and the team leader where I was interviewed however it was very relaxed, they made me feel very comfortable and the questions were very easy. I was told I would hear back in 2 weeks however I never heard anything, despite the interview going really well. I assume its because I had a holiday booked and I told them. Next time I will not be letting an employer know. They did not even send me a decline email, I even contacted them and they ignored me.

We started with a general chat and introductions, then moved on to some questions. They asked around 7 questions, and you had to answer with examples from your past work or even make some up if needed.
