I applied through my university's portal and was contacted, then interviewed with the higher ups. This company seems to have a track record of not even sending feedback/rejection emails. It was possible they only interviewed to fill a quota as it was a role I have never heard or seen another student work for in this company. In all, felt like I wasted my time preparing.
It was a really smooth interview process, with great managers and a very helpful recruitment team. The interview was strength-based, focusing on questions that tested my strengths from past experiences and university.
First, I sent in my CV. Then, I had to answer some questions about why I was interested in the firm and that specific department. After that, I did a one-way video interview where I was asked mostly competency-based questions, like about my experience working in a team. Finally, I got an offer by email.
