The interview process had 3 steps: an online assessment, a Zoom interview, and finally an onsite interview. It was pretty simple. Mostly technical questions about ds theory and how to use it were asked during the onsite.
The online interview involved a take-home test presented during the meeting. This was followed by behavioral questions and a '3 whys' exercise. Overall, the experience felt natural, without excessive guidance.
First, you'll have a call with the DS Manager. Then, there's a second stage where you'll present a past project and do a technical interview. They really care about your business understanding along with your DS skills. So, make your slides high-level and brief, and be sure to include business metrics, like how we boosted X by Y%.
