Candidate-reported interview process

I applied online, then got a call back to talk about my application. After that, they emailed me a few times to set up a zoom call to give me updates and tell me about the next steps.

Applied in October and the recruitment process was poor and lengthy. I had to jump through various hoops until the assessment day in January. They then took 4 months to provide an outcome with no feedback. The email and portal containing the next stages didn't match up date-wise. Overall, it was a bad experience compared to other graduate schemes.

First, they screen your CV, then you do an aptitude test that takes about 1.5 hours and has 3 parts: Numerical, SJT, and Verbal Reasoning, with no time limit. After that, there's a telephone interview with HR, followed by an Assessment Center.
