First up was a phone interview. Then I had an in person interview with the hiring manager where they asked about my strengths. It was pretty basic stuff, not super technical. Two people interviewed me and I thought it went pretty well, but I didn't move on.
The interview process was very clear and went smoothly. The interviewer was friendly and easy to talk to. The questions weren't hard and were straightforward to answer. The whole interview took about 20 minutes and was a really pleasant experience.
I had a soft skill interview which was quite easy. I was able to answer all the questions using my past experiences. The company provided a guide for the soft skills interview, and I used that to get ready.
