Candidate-reported interview process

The interviewers were a bit rigid and didn't show much personality or emotion. The general staff were very polite though. I was asked to complete an exam without being told prior, so it came as a surprise.

So I had a group discussion first, and I passed that. Then they invited me for a video interview. It went fine, and I thought I would get the job, but I didn't get selected. I didn't like that they took 3 weeks to reply with the result. It seems like they compare you with other people before deciding, even if you have all the skills they want. I'm not saying it's good or bad, but that was my experience.

The interview process involved asking some questions about how you see yourself and the job, as well as what has been most meaningful to you up to this point. It was generally quite a relaxing experience.
