I applied online and got a video interview with the hiring manager pretty quickly. The recruiter was nice and rescheduled it for me when I needed. We talked about my experience, but I haven't heard back in two weeks.
Structured interview, technical questions about financial tools and risk management. Good discussion about the Middle Office role at Aviva. Great atmosphere, welcoming and professional recruiter. Overall good experience.
