it was a very structured interview! the interviewers asked a lot of meaningful questions, including both behavioral and technical ones; the behavioral ones are very typical and the technical questions are based on my past experience;
It was a pretty standard graduate hiring process, I didn't have any issues with that part. The problems really started with the company's lack of professionalism. I heard nothing about my application for three whole months. After two months, I sent an email asking for an update and didn't even get a reply. I get that grad roles have a lot of applicants and it takes time, but not sending a simple email to update me is just completely unprofessional.
It was basically a chat to see if you get the basics of finance/probability and if you're up for the job. Sometimes they throw in some basic Excel/Python/SQL questions too.
