We had a 15-min chat where I introduced myself, they talked about the company, and we covered general stuff like salary expectations and career growth. Then, there was a 5-minute role-play where I had to pretend to take a call from a client. After that, I spent about 20 minutes answering around 10 behavioral questions, trying to use the STAR method. I thought I used it, but they told me I didn't and that I didn't get the job. I suspect they already had someone in mind, maybe an internal hire.
First up was a group interview where everyone was asked a basic situational question. It was a chance to talk about your background and experience to show why you'd be a good fit.
First, you apply online, then there are some tests, after that a phone screen, and finally a face-to-face interview where they'll ask you about customer service skills and scenarios.
