Candidate-reported interview process

Aviva's graduate program has a long but worthwhile interview process with several stages that get harder as you go. The stages include reviewing your CV, an online video interview, and an assessment centre day, all happening over 3-4 months. The recruitment team will keep you updated on your application's progress. Each interview stage is fun and a learning experience, regardless of the outcome.

It was a really friendly experience with 2 interviews. Only one stage of interview. Involved answering a set series of questions in a limited amount of time. Took a while to hear back but ended in a positive outcome. Really enjoyable interview. Difficulty was average for an experienced project manager.

The first round was a virtual interview on MS Teams. It focused on strength-based questions and had two interviewers. They might repeat questions, but won't explain them. If asked to show a capability or skill, you need to give an example.
