I had an online interview for the Data Engineer role. It was a panel interview with two interviewers who were friendly. The interview felt intermediate in difficulty, and the questions were mostly technical, focusing on SQL and ETL pipelines.
So the interview process went like this: first, I had a chat with the hiring manager where we talked about my past projects and the tech I've used. Then, there was a coding challenge on Hackerearth with 4 coding questions and 2 SQL questions, which were pretty straightforward. The last round was a technical interview that started with reviewing those coding problems and then moved on to questions about my resume.
Really enjoyed the interview process! The micro-sessions were great, and I liked the presentation at the end. Two interviewers were present, with one taking notes while the other asked questions.
