Candidate-reported interview process

You will get invited to talk to the manager for the interview, quite straight forward, talked about my skills and they talked about the role and company. Interviewer seems genuine and answered my question honestly

It was a two part interview with general competency based questions and then a practical task to demonstrate skills that would be needed in the role. Overall a good interview.

First I had a recruiter call, then a screening by the company and a formal interview with the company's HR. The interview with the recruiter went pretty smooth, but I was informed the next day that my application got rejected, so I don't have an exact idea about the following rounds.
