Candidate-reported interview process

There is an utter lack of communication between the internal recruiter and the design team - no response as well - avoid people who have respect for your precious time and skillset

The interview process was great and guided, with clear expectations throughout. It was a positive and professional experience. All interviews were well-structured and planned.

Had a phone chat with basic questions. Then went to an assessment center which had a group task and an individual section. The group task was about teamwork, and the individual section was about my attitudes and behaviors regarding technology.
