First, HR manager screening. Then, a Manager interview to talk about the role. Then, presentations to a small group of colleagues. Lastly, a Senior Director interview.
It was a competency-based interview process. The interviewers were friendly. I received feedback at the end and was even offered the chance to apply for another position. It seemed like a good and flexible place to work.
The interview process here is pretty standard for an insurance company. Both the HR and the manager asked the same types of questions. The company is quite demanding though, they made it clear that if you don't meet your targets, you won't survive here.
