Candidate-reported interview process

The first interview with the hiring manager was pretty high-level and I don't think it really got deep enough to check my experience fully. It felt like some of my experience, like over 4 years with Salesforce and my SysAdmin cert, wasn't really looked at. The feedback said I lacked Salesforce experience, which wasn't true and I think the interview didn't give me a good chance to show that.

It was a pretty simple process. Started with a Codesignal, then a coding interview, and finally an onsite interview which included a system design question and a behavioral question. The questions were mostly LeetCode style and pretty easy to find online.

This recruiter was really impersonal and didn't seem to have any energy, like she was just going through the motions. It felt like they already had their minds made up before the interview even started, so it felt like a waste of time. You should be cautious about this company.
