Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was great, with clear and consistent communication throughout. Every step was well organized and timely, making the experience smooth and respectful. It left a very positive overall impression.

the recruiter from Talentful was extremely high touch throughout the process, it was a positive experience. Straightforward interview process: recruiter phone screen, hiring manager, 3 1:1s with cross functional stakeholders, and a final presentation round. All interviews were via Zoom.

I had a 30-minute initial call with the recruiter, then a 30-minute conversation with the hiring manager. The recruiter was nice and clear, but I couldn't really connect with the hiring manager who seemed dismissive. I didn't hear back or get any feedback after that.
