It was pretty intensive, with multiple people in each interview session. Everyone was really nice and made me feel welcome. They were very clear that they were looking for someone with prior sales experience and weren't interested in training someone new to the field.
So, it's a 3 round interview process. First is a phone screen with HR. Then there's a video interview with the hiring manager. And the final round is an in-person interview at the Chicago office with the sales director.
The hiring manager was great but they took a while to respond. The interview was more of a chat and I got good advice. The panel interview was a bit long. It was a recruiter screen, then the hiring manager, and then a 2-hour panel. I withdrew because I got another offer.
