Candidate-reported interview process

I decided to withdraw my candidacy because Asana doesn't seem to offer much in terms of career growth or long-term development. The interview and decision-making process also felt slow and unclear.

The process involved the typical recruiter, manager, panel, and presentation stages. Talentify handled the recruiting, which made the process really bad. I was the first to finish the final presentation but then got ghosted.

The process involves 2 interviews. First, you'll talk to HR, who will explain the role and what's coming up. Then, you'll have a second interview with the Hiring Manager.
