I went through a total of seven interviews for this role. They really focused on how I coach my reports, so be ready to share about your past experiences doing that. There was also some technical competency assessed, where I was asked to design a simple data model to support a single function.
I talked to a recruiter based in New York for a job opening in Reykjavik, but then I got totally ghosted. She didn't get back to me on my emails asking for an update or feedback. Save yourself the trouble and don't bother with this company.
The interview process was pretty standard. It was mostly about behavioral questions regarding my previous management experience, and then there was one system design question. Everyone was really engaged and helpful throughout the whole thing.
