Candidate-reported interview process

Had one call with a recruiter who seemed to really like me. She said I was a great fit and that she was eager to schedule me for the next round. But, I never heard from the recruiter again, she ghosted me and I ended up getting a rejection email 3 weeks later. This seems to be a common occurrence with Asana, according to reviews. Others have been promised interviews and then ghosted.

Really bad process, it had 6 rounds, which is normal, but it took 2 months to wrap up the whole process and interviews. Very inconsiderate. Awful process by Asana, but the people I met were all nice.

I had to talk to six employees, but I didn't feel welcome. They mostly asked about problem-solving and not enough about my role.
