Candidate-reported interview process

The whole process took about six months and was really disorganized with a lot of issues. The recruiter was from an outside company and wasn't very good at their job. There were long stretches where no one communicated for weeks at a time.

Got contacted by the headhunter. Passed the first round. Got to the second which was not with the Sales Manager of the department I was interviewed for. The questions were mainly focused on my current processes and not my sales approach. Never got any further feedback even after contacting both of them directly.

A recruiter reached out on LinkedIn to start things off. Then there was a quick phone screen, and after that, I had a virtual chat with the hiring manager. Things went smoothly from there. The next step was a set of three interviews all crammed into one day. First up was a short 10-15 minute presentation to a panel, using a PowerPoint I'd put together. After that, I had a one-on-one with a Director. There was also an optional casual chat with someone on the team, which was more to get a feel for the company vibe and wasn't really scored.
