Candidate-reported interview process

This recruiter was really impersonal and didn't seem to have any energy, like she was just going through the motions. It felt like they already had their minds made up before the interview even started, so it felt like a waste of time. You should be cautious about this company.

The interview process was conversational and everyone I met was really nice. My only issue was going through 5 interviews and then getting a generic rejection email. It was especially weird since we talked about how important personalized rejections and candidate experience are in my interview, and then this happened. It left a bad impression and I won't apply again or recommend them.

I was referred internally and then had a call with the Head of Leadership Recruiting. She sent over the job details and asked me to review them and let her know if I was interested in continuing the conversation. I responded that I was open to another call or meeting in person, but then I didn't hear back.
