Candidate-reported interview process

I applied through LinkedIn and the Recruiting Manager reached out via email. First, there was a 20-minute screen with the recruiter. Then, I had a virtual call with the Hiring Manager. After that, I went through three 30-minute virtual calls with different ABPs, one of whom is going to be a teammate. The final step was an interview with the executive team.

I had 5 interviews with different people at the company. All were one-on-one, no panels. It moved pretty fast and the recruiter gave me some prep materials. It started with Zoom interviews and then I went in person.

I went through 7 rounds and was told I had the job, then had a last minute new hire do the ‘final meet and greet’ and was then told they were no longer interested.
