Candidate-reported interview process

Had a few quick Zoom chats with sales leaders and some other managers. The whole thing moved pretty fast, and they kept in touch well. It was a bummer though, not much feedback after the interviews.

The interview process was quite smooth initially: I had a recruiter call, then an interview with the team manager, followed by three back-to-back interviews that lasted about two hours combined. Sadly, after the final round, I was ghosted. Even after reaching out to the recruiter three times, I never got any feedback or response. It was pretty disappointing because I thought it was a great company and the interviews themselves seemed to go well.

5 rounds. Not great follow up. Seems like people say one thing and mean another. Not great alignment with recruiters and others. Wish people would just drop the fake courtesy and speak plainly.
