Candidate-reported interview process

This was a tough, multi-step interview process with some really great leaders. The benefits and salary were good too. I definitely recommend being prepared with examples from your past experience, especially when answering questions about your sales background in previous roles. Make sure the hiring managers are ready to refer you.

There was one interview round. It included standard questions like your motivation for joining and technical questions about analyzing financial statements. The last part of the interview was just to explain what the job is about.

Usually it's 2-3 rounds, but if it's a technical role, it could be 4. The job description suggests that answers oriented around a use case are preferred, and explaining with examples generally works. Try to align with the work profile.
