Candidate-reported interview process

They had my CV and asked me to introduce myself. They inquired if I knew what position I was applying for, and I explained my understanding. They also asked where I live, and I mentioned that I reside in the city. They shared insights about the challenges and dynamics of working in the city. The entire interview lasted about 8 to 10 minutes.

The interview was mostly customer service questions, and they followed the STAR method. It was heavily behavioural based, putting me in situations with customers. It took about 30-45 minutes, and I was allowed to ask questions at the end.

The interview process involved an online test with personality and logic questions, followed by a digital interview. For the digital interview, you had practice opportunities, and you could see yourself on video, with an option to darken your appearance if uncomfortable.
