Candidate-reported interview process

Usually it's 2-3 rounds, but if it's a technical role, it could be 4. The job description suggests that answers oriented around a use case are preferred, and explaining with examples generally works. Try to align with the work profile.

I reached out to the hiring manager directly via social media and set up an informal, outside-the-office chat, bypassing HR initially. The hiring manager, who was very senior and approachable, focused on my past experiences and career goals. Given my 10+ years of experience, the questions centered on my readiness for new challenges and building a team from scratch, rather than just managing an existing one. This was followed by a relaxed HR interview. I anticipate a lengthy process due to ANZ being a large company with internal procedures. Overall, it was a straightforward and low-stress interview experience.

The hiring manager will start the interviews, and it will be a showcase of your work experience, online assessments, and behavioural type of questions. I find the interview process is rather straightforward and easy.
