Candidate-reported interview process

The work culture here is amazing, honestly the best I could ever ask for and I'm really happy I decided to join. I'm not sure about the situation in Australia, but here in NZ, the quality of work is top-notch and employees genuinely enjoy coming to work. If you're considering an offer from ANZ, just go for it without any hesitation.

it was a two-stage process. The first was a technical interview, and the second was a techno-managerial interview. The first interview included SQL questions, discussion on handling data issues and data quality, and Python coding challenges. The second interview focused on projects and assessed adaptability to new technologies.

I applied for the Jr Data Engineer position. The first stage was a Hackerank Assessment where I had one hour to solve three SQL problems. Two of the problems were pretty easy, but the last one was a bit tougher. I managed to solve all of them.
