Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process included FIT/PEI questions, a profit/loss case question, and questions about my motivation for joining the firm. There were also behavioral questions like, “Tell me about a time when you had to deal with a difficult team member,” or “Give an example of how you demonstrated leadership in a tough situation.”

The interview process involved a 30-minute session with situational questions focusing on customer service. Candidates were advised to have examples ready. It also included questions about knowledge of Anz and the specific role, and future career aspirations.

There were 2 people interviewing me. They asked basic interview questions, but it felt like they weren't interested in moving forward with my application. The interview was pretty calm and relaxed, and they were happy to answer any questions I had, which made it flow smoothly.
