Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was incredibly long and frankly, not a great experience. They use AI to scan resumes, so it's important to optimize for that rather than for human readability.

The interview process was easy, and the HR person was friendly. It could have been more structured and efficient, and the timing was poorly managed, but overall it was a very good experience. The hiring manager was also easy going.

The interviewer will start by explaining the role, the team, and the main responsibilities. Then, they will ask about your technical skills and present two behavioral questions. You'll have the chance to ask your own questions at the end.
