The interview experience was not good. There was no feedback or proper communication. I had to wait a long time for confirmation, and the HR person didn't pick up calls. It felt like a waste of time; they talk nicely on the phone but then disappear.
It started with a phone screening from the recruiter, then an initial screening with the hiring manager. After that, there was a system design interview with two engineers (one lead and one shadow). Then a behavioural interview where both interviewers were a similar level. Finally, there was a last phone call with the recruiter. Everyone was really nice to chat to. Overall, a really great experience.
First, the manager will introduce the interview rounds. Second, there's a tech interview. It covers cloud infra, CICD design, etc., based on your past projects. They'll ask more tech questions. Third is a culture interview, focusing on soft skills like handling conflicts.
