Candidate-reported interview process

So I had my interview today for this banking role, and it felt pretty good overall. The interview process was pretty standard, honestly. No major surprises or anything totally unexpected. There were three people on the panel: the hiring manager, someone from the technical side, and an HR person. We kicked things off with the usual stuff about my background and why I'm interested in this job, then we got into the more specific questions about my experience with financial systems and what I know about regulatory requirements.

It was an in-person interview that included behavioral questions like asking about times you struggled or worked in a team. The process had 2 stages: first, there were online recorded interviews, and then a live interview with 2 interviewers online via Microsoft Teams.

First, there was an online recorded interview. Then, people who did well got invited to a second stage interview, and before that, there was a Q&A session. The interviews were conducted by two team members from ANZ.
