Candidate-reported interview process

My interview process was brief and direct, though I've heard others had more in-depth experiences. It seemed focused on culture fit, with a very relaxed and personable vibe. My advice is to be yourself, and definitely ask questions about the role and the company culture.

It took almost 2 months. It was a good interview. Mostly they want to see your interest and intent. Also, they want to see how you did in your last job and how good you were. They will ask you most questions related to that. Also, they will want to know about how much you know about Anz and the role you are applying for.

First, there was a phone call with an HR manager (they checked my English fluency). Then, I had an on-site interview with the line manager based in Melbourne. After that, I negotiated the offer with HR and got job grade 5.1. Finally, I started onboarding.
