Candidate-reported interview process

The first round was with senior leaders and was challenging, requiring solid evidence of past results. The second round was great, with the direct hiring manager, where there was a real opportunity to engage and both make a decision if the culture fit and personalities were aligned.

Basically, just learn everything you can about banking, study ANZ really well, and prepare for finance and HR-related questions. Banking knowledge, especially targets, CDD, EDD, etc., is super important.

The interview was good and easy, I passed it without any issues. The questions were straightforward, making it easy for anyone to clear. It was also time-efficient.
