Candidate-reported interview process

I applied online, which involved uploading my CV and answering about three short questions about myself and my achievements, like 'Why do you want to work for ANZ?'. After that, I did some psychometric tests online, including math and a simulated situational one. Then, I was invited to an assessment centre where I networked with managers, worked on a 20-minute case study by myself, and finished with an interview with two managers. I actually liked the interview process overall, even though I didn't get an offer. The whole thing took less than a month, and they sent lots of emails to keep me updated at each stage.

The interview process was pretty easy and straightforward. It started with a culture interview, which mainly involved common behavioral questions. After that, I moved on to technique questions related to data science, and we also went into detail about my past projects and experiences.

This is for a Data Scientist and Machine Learning Engineer role. The interview process really digs into your past experience and projects you've worked on. The interviewers are really nice and happy to answer any detailed questions you have about their team culture and stuff.
