I applied online, which involved uploading my CV and answering about three short questions about myself and my achievements, like 'Why do you want to work for ANZ?'. After that, I did some psychometric tests online, including math and a simulated situational one. Then, I was invited to an assessment centre where I networked with managers, worked on a 20-minute case study by myself, and finished with an interview with two managers. I actually liked the interview process overall, even though I didn't get an offer. The whole thing took less than a month, and they sent lots of emails to keep me updated at each stage.
The interview process was pretty easy and straightforward. It started with a culture interview, which mainly involved common behavioral questions. After that, I moved on to technique questions related to data science, and we also went into detail about my past projects and experiences.
