Candidate-reported interview process

So first you apply online through their website or at campus recruitment, then there's this online test with logic, numbers, words, and a test for tricky situations. If it's a technical job, you might have a technical interview or a case study, testing your SQL, Python, or data analysis skills. Then you go to the HR or manager interview, asking about your personality and if you fit in with ANZ. Sometimes, there's a final interview with big bosses. They care a lot about honesty, teamwork, and customers.

The interview process was really straightforward. It started with some online assessments, followed by a video interview where I had to answer about 5 questions. After that, there was an assessment centre which included a panel interview with about 5 questions. The HR team at ANZ was incredibly helpful and always responded quickly.

I sent in my CV and cover letter. After that, I had an interview, did some parametric testing, and then completed a 50-question quiz about myself, choosing the best-fitting answers.
